The Liberal Member for Northern Victoria Wendy Lovell says the announcement of a new Wycheproof Early Learning Centre is a huge win for local families and just reward for the community members who worked so hard in campaigning for the facility.
A new early learning centre offering three and four-year-old kindergarten, long day care, maternal & child health services and a playgroup will be built on the grounds of the Wycheproof P-12 College.
Ms Lovell has advocated for improved facilities and services in the town during speeches in State Parliament to the Minister for Education James Merlino.
Ms Lovell said she was proud to support the community by advocating for improved early learning services in Wycheproof town and congratulated the Wycheproof Preschool Advisory Group led by President Tessa Coles for their wonderful dedication and hard work to achieve this result.
